Course Overview:

This course aims to build upon the participant’s existing knowledge, reinforcing the importance of equality and diversity in the workplace and wider society.

The course focuses on the impact of discrimination and prejudice, employer and individual rights and responsibilities and legislation relating to equality and diversity. Topical examples and scenarios are included throughout enabling participants to apply their learning.
