Quality and Sustainability

DisabledGo is an ISO 9001 accredited organisation, with a proven track record of delivery. As a DisabledGo client you can therefore rely on us to do what we say we'll do, when we say we'll do it. Your dedicated account manager will also provide full project management support and provide regular progress updates throughout our engagement.

Our mission is to provide independence and choice for disabled people, a commitment which is underpinned by 5 key virtues:

  • Passionate - we're passionate about what we do and how we can help organisations to optimise their accessibility and ratify their commitment to inclusion for customers and employees alike.
  • Professional - providing trusted, inclusive accessible solutions to our clients, going beyond service provision and building lasting relationships which benefit communities and local economies today and in the future.
  • Positive - changing perceptions, encouraging people to challenge traditional views by utilising our products and services to educate, inform and innovate.
  • Prepared - for challenging situations, for legislative changes, to help organisations better understand accessibility and inclusion, providing cost effective solutions which enable positive change in challenging economic conditions.
  • Purposeful - providing information to  wide audience, proactively working with organisations who believe that education is the key to innovation and service improvement. Making information freely available for the benefit of all members of society.

People First

On-going consultation is at the heart of everything we do. We never seek to make judgements on behalf of disabled people, rather we engage with them to ensure that the services we deliver on behalf of our clients continue to meet the needs of our users from a truly pan-disability perspective.

Similarly, we know that we're only as good as the people we employ and we're consequently very proud to be a member of the Living Wage Foundation.
